Criminal and Commercial litigation. Eric joined Haldanes as a Trainee Solicitor in 2000 and was admitted to practice in 2002 and has become a partner since 2008.

Eric has represented clients in defending a wide range of criminal prosecution including sexual offences, Immigration offences, dangerous drugs related offences, Customs and Excise related offences, traffic offences. Eric has extensive experenice in complex ICAC or CCB related white collar crime cases. He was the instructing solicitor in a high profile ICAC case which lasted for more than 90 court trial days - HKSAR v TSE SUI LUEN (DCCC 350/2006)

Eric is also very experienced in dealing with law enforcement agencies in Hong Kong. You will often see Eric appearing at various levels of Courts in Hong Kong in both civil and criminal cases with or without Counsel.

In addition to his busy practice in criminal law, Eric also represents clients in commercial litigation matters including debt recovery, personal injury, dishonoured cheque and banking litigations.
