Experience: Felix is a criminal and commercial litigator. He frequently represents corporate and individual clients in multi-jurisdictional investigations and court proceedings taken out by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), the Securities & Futures Commission (SFC), the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKSE), the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Hong Kong Police Force, the Immigration Department, the Customs & Excise, the Inland Revenue together with various regulatory bodies and professional councils in Hong Kong. On an international level, he has represented a listed company chairman in Mutual Legal Assistance proceedings at the City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court in the United Kingdom and in Germany concerning a high-profile corporate fraud case. He has also acted for listed company directors in cross-border market manipulation cases, whilst defending bankers in the Lehman Brothers mini-bonds investigations. In commercial litigation, he has a busy practice in contractual disputes, debt recovery and employment claims. Given his language abilities and his role as an officer of the International Bar Association(IBA), Felix has advised a broad spectrum of international clients and has strong connections with legal practitioners from all over the world.
