Henry joined Haldanes as a trainee solicitor in 2006. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2008, he stayed at Haldanes and has been practising in the field of civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation. Henry has acted for both local and overseas clients in various types of cases:
A claim exceeding US$4.8 million for mis-selling of derivative finiancial products
A claim involving a large scale property development fraud and international money laundering; successfully obtained assets freezing and document disclosure orders against multiple parties
A claim for fraud involving investment in business projects and companies in Hong Kong, China and the United States exceeding HK$100 million
Numerous contractual disputes
Matters involving bankruptcy and company winding-up processdings

Henry obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Hong Kong in 2005. He subsequently completed the PCLL also at the University of Hong Kong in 2006.
