September 2009 -
Seminar presented by Christopher Morley
|
Christopher Morley was invited by the Hong Kong Corporate Counsel Association to present a Seminar entitled "ICAC Prosecutions; from Search, Arrest and Interview to Charge, Prosecution and Trial" on 29th September 2009. The Seminar was well attended by over 40 delegates ranging from Government Counsel to In - house Counsel with publicly listed Companies. The question and answer session was extended by half an hour to allow delegates to answer specific questions they had on their concerns and experiences when handling ICAC investigations.
