Experience:

Kane joined Haldanes as a trainee solicitor in 2009. Upon qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, he is currently practising in the field of civil litigation at Haldanes with a focus on commercial litigation. He also has experience in a number of areas of including shareholders and contractual disputes, defamation, passing off, construction and shipping cases as well as judicial review.

Kane also has experience in criminal matters, ranging from driving offences to white-collar crimes and murder, and advising clients in disciplinary hearings of various law enforcement and professional regulatory bodies, including the SFC, ICAC, the Immigration Department, the Customs & Excise Department, the Labour Department, and the Police.
