Felix joined Haldanes as a Trainee Solicitor
in 2002 and has been an Associate Solicitor since 2004.
In criminal law, he has been actively assisting
in numerous high-profile corporate crime cases whilst also
representing clients in hearings at the magistrates' court
level. He frequently delivers prompt advice and assistance
to clients at police stations, the Immigration Department,
the ICAC, the Customs & Excise and the Securities and
Futures Commission.
Felix also has experience of many aspects
of civil litigation, including a 5-week High Court civil
trial conducted in Chinese and commercial litigation involving
a PRC listed company.
Given his language abilities, he has advised
a broad spectrum of clients, particularly those from the
Mainland China, Taiwan, Latin America and Spain.

Prior to his graduation from the University
of Hong Kong, he furthered his studies in advanced level
Spanish in Argentina, Chile and Universidad de Alcala de
Henares in Spain and was the Hong Kong delegate at an international
leadership symposium in Boston and New York City in 2001.
Recently, he has been selected to assist the Latin American
and Spanish delegations at the World Trade Organization
6th Ministerial Conference in December 2005.
