Harsha specialises in general commercial litigation. She has represented clients in trust matters, shareholders disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, tenancy disputes, employment, defamation, contentious probate, matrimonial litigation and contractual litigation, including a High Court trial where she acted for a local cargo handling company in a civil claim involving a leading European mobile phone manufacturer and a major European airline.

Harsha obtained both her LLB and PCLL at City University of Hong Kong. She joined Stephenson Harwood & Lo as a trainee in September 2003 and spent 6 months in their London office as part of her training and qualified in 2005. Prior to joining Haldanes in June 2007, Harsha spent around 2 years as an assistant Solicitor in the Litigation Department at Stephenson Harwood & Lo.
She is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
