Prior to joining Haldanes, he had been the sole proprietor of his firm for 19 years. During his career, Kenneth has advised clients ranging from professional bodies to government departments and to act as prosecutor in disciplinary and criminal proceedings respectively. In addition, Kenneth has been involved in several minority shareholders disputes and has defended clients in a wide range of criminal offences in the Magistrates and District Court. He has instructed counsel in defending serious crimes tried in the High Court, including murder. Kenneth also has a busy practice in conveyancing and probate.
