Tracy has experience in handling criminal
litigation cases as well as civil litigation cases. She
has represented clients in insolvency proceedings, contentious
probate, contractual litigation, matrimonial litigation,
defamation and solicitor disciplinary proceedings.
Besides litigation, Tracy is experienced
in drafting wills, obtaining estate duty clearance and making
applications to the Probate Registry for a number of different
grants. Her work has predominately been to act for overseas
clients.
