| Experience:
Sasha is admitted in Hong Kong, New Zealand, England and Wales, Tasmania, and New South Wales.
Sasha joined Haldanes in 1991 upon being first admitted in Hong Kong, and has been practicing Criminal Law since then. She has done every type of Criminal case imaginable, from pick pocketing to murder, and many in between. She is particularly interested in the area of human rights and assisted in making new law in many of the Bill Of Rights Cases in the 1990s. She has also practiced in New South Wales, Australia, working as both a Prosecuting Lawyer working for the DPP, and as a Defence Lawyer for Legal Aid, gaining valuable experience from both perspectives.
Upon returning to Hong Kong she rejoined Haldanes in 2009 as a Consultant. Her current practice is composed of a mix of Criminal cases and in assisting Construction Companies who face potential prosecution for issues of safety and environmental concern.
