After joining Haldanes as a trainee solicitor in 2009, Weiken qualified in the firm’s Commercial & Media and Entertainment practice group in 2011. He has handled a wide range of matters including corporate governance and organisation. In terms of media and entertainment work, Weiken regularly advises corporate and individual clients on matters of film, television and music production, licensing and exploitation of intellectual properties and talent arrangements. Weiken’s experience also comprises of advising clients on shareholders’ dispute matters and immigration visas.
