Haldanes’ Cartels and Leniency Review is circulated in public libraries and universities

To share our expertise on competition law, Haldanes’ latest edition of “The Cartels and Leniency Review” is now widely circulated in public libraries and universities in Hong Kong.

Authored by our competition team led by Partner Felix Ng and Associate Christina Ma, the Hong Kong chapter analyses the statutory framework and enforcement regime of the Competition Ordinance, and provides practical insight on how to handle “dawn raids” and leniency applications. The latest competition landscape is also covered, including the Competition Tribunal’s long-awaited judgments on Nutanix case (bid-rigging) and On Tat Estate case (market sharing and price fixing), as well as the Competition Commission’s recent Cooperation & Settlement Policy.

Copies of the book are now available in the Hong Kong Public Libraries, the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Shue Yan University and the Open University of Hong Kong.
