Paula qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Haldanes as an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department in May 2019.
She has experience in handling a wide range of matters in civil litigation, including land-related disputes (including adverse possession), debt recovery, mortgage actions, contractual disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, shareholders disputes, applications under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance, employees’ compensation and personal injury claims.
Apart from civil litigation, Paula also has experience in handling conveyancing matters and advising individuals and corporate clients in sale and purchase agreements. She also assists clients in applying for trademarks, working visas, probate and letters of administration (including applications for special grant).
Paula is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
