Marron’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and general commercial transactions. She has advised various foreign and domestic strategic and financial investors, including state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and privately owned companies, in numerous onshore and offshore acquisitions and investments.
Marron is also experienced in capital markets and finance transactions. She represents issuers, investors, and underwriters in initial public offerings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, securities offerings, rights issues, and private corporate notes. Additionally, she provides comprehensive legal advice to both domestic and foreign companies, offering regular guidance on corporate governance and regulatory matters, including those related to the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code.

- Advised a Hong Kong listed issuer on its major and connected transactions in the aggregate sum of approximately HK$36 billion, specifically pertaining to the acquisition of equity interest in a target group engaged in the development, distribution, operation, and licensing of branded online games.
