The Civil Justice Reform implemented by the Hong Kong Judiciary for the past decade has seen an increase in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, particularly mediation, to resolve disputes.
At Haldanes we set great store by this and employ practical, cost-effective and less confrontational methods to mediate settlement negotiations.
