Xenia qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and joined Haldanes as an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department in 2017.
She advises on and handles a wide range of civil dispute and litigation matters, including commercial disputes, tenancy matters, land-related disputes (including adverse possession), applications under the Mental Health Ordinance, shareholder disputes, fraud, defamation, employment, medical negligence and urgent applications for Mareva injunction and Norwich Pharmacal orders. She has experience in broad ranging, multiple party litigation and handling various actions in the High Court.
Xenia acts for a broad spectrum of clients, such as multinational corporations, listed companies, directors, shareholders, creditors, debtors and high-net-worth individuals. She also works in coordination with litigation in multiple jurisdictions regularly.
She received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter and a Master of Laws in International Economic Law in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was born in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
