Stefanie Soon

Stefanie Soon joined Haldanes in 2021 as a trainee solicitor. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2023, she has focused her practice in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Media & Entertainment Departments. She advises corporate and individual clients on a wide range of commercial contracts and transactions, such as the sale and purchase of shares and assets, shareholders agreements, sponsorship agreements, and restructuring and liquidation of offshore corporate structures.

In the media and entertainment sector, Stefanie has handled film and television production and talent arrangements, including advising clients on option agreements, scriptwriter agreements, artist agreements, director agreements, service agreements for crews, and music recording, publishing, and management agreements.
