Ivy Ng

Ivy qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2020 and has experience advising individual and corporate clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses, commercial agreements drafting, regulatory compliance, banking matters and other general commercial matters.

Ivy obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws from The University of Hong Kong, where she also completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. She speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
