Winnie joined Haldanes as an Associate in 2026 shortly after qualifying as a solicitor in Hong Kong. She undertook training at a boutique firm specialising in family and matrimonial law, and she now continues to focus her practice in the same area.
Winnie works with various types of clients and advises on all aspects of matrimonial law, including divorce, children issues, and ancillary relief matters. Winnie has supported clients with compassion in and out of the courtroom, from family mediations to trials.
Winnie obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Law with Humanities from the University of Warwick, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Laws from University College London specialising in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
