Florence Yan regularly appears in all levels of Hong Kong courts and focuses on commercial crime, public order-related offences, competition law, and a wide spectrum of criminal and regulatory matters. She represents corporate and individual clients in complex proceedings and also acts as Counsel-on-fiat on behalf of the Department of Justice. Florence’s bilingual proficiency, including native-level Mandarin and strong Chinese drafting skills, supports her work in white-collar crime, securities, and cross-border issues.
Christina Ma specialises in criminal and regulatory litigation with emphasis on white-collar crime, including corruption, fraud, money laundering, and regulatory investigations. She has handled numerous matters involving the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Customs and Excise Department (C&E), Hong Kong Police Force, Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and Competition Commission. Christina is recognised for her expertise and effective handling of high-profile and technically complex cases.
