    Since joining as an Associate of the Matrimonial & Family Law Department of Haldanes in 2010, Anita has been focusing her practice in the matrimonial and family law.

    She has considerable experience in handling matrimonial disputes, ranging from representing clients in settlement negotiations out of Court to representing clients in Trials over their custody and care and control and financial relief applications.

    During her practice, Anita has been handling with some of the high profile cases to come before the courts of Hong Kong involving high net worth individuals such as a financial settlement of over HKD100 million for an illegitimate child of an unmarried couple, and successfully helped client to apply for variation of custody and care and control applications due to child abuse allegations and parental alienation.

    Apart from contentious works, Anita has frequently involved in advising clients on the negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements involving assets situated in Hong Kong, the PRC and other jurisdictions and assets under Trust arrangements.

    Anita was qualified in 2009 and received a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Chinese University of Hong Kong before her admission as a Solicitor in Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
