Anthony qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2016 and has since practiced in intellectual property and commercial matters. Anthony has drafted and advised clients on joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association of companies. He has advised clients on sale and purchase of assets and re-structuring of companies.
On the intellectual property side, he has assisted clients in securing registrations of trade marks and designs in Hong Kong, China and elsewhere. He has drafted and advised clients on various agreements for the commercialization and exploitation of intellectual property rights, including licence agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements. He has also been involved in a number of intellectual property litigations.
For media and entertainment work, he has experience in advising client on music licensing, artwork commission, organization and sponsorship of events and production of merchandises. He has drafted and advised clients on terms of use for software and websites, personal data policies, media spokesperson agreements, joint promotion agreements. He has also advised clients on employment and data privacy issues.
