Kenley Mak

Kenley graduated from The University of Hong Kong in 2003 with a Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. He was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2005.

Kenley specialises in commercial, and property related transactions and represents private equity, property investment corporations and individual investors on a wide range of real estate-related matters.
He also has extensive experience in advising clients on banking and financing transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, regulatory and compliance matters and commercial contracts.
