Kenley Mak

Kenley graduated from The University of Hong Kong in 2003 with a Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. He was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2005.

Kenley specialises in commercial, and property related transactions and represents private equity, property investment corporations and individual investors on a wide range of real estate-related matters.

He advised the buyer in the HK$473 million acquisition of Kowloon Funeral Parlour, a rare transaction involving also the transfer of funeral parlour licence in Hong Kong.

He also has extensive experience in advising clients on banking and financing transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, regulatory and compliance matters and commercial contracts.
