This exclusive training session was facilitated by our Matrimonial & Family Law Partner, Elaine Sum, reflecting Haldanes’ cross-departmental commitment to delivering tailored legal insights to Hong Kong’s leading institutions.
Drawing on his extensive experience in contentious probate, Nathan provided practical guidance on navigating the complexities of wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives. The session focused on proactive dispute resolution, helping attendees identify common execution pitfalls and legal requirements to better safeguard family legacies.
