Shirley Chan

Shirley joined Haldanes as an Associate in 2020 after admitting as a Solicitor in the same year. She advises on all aspects of matrimonial law, including divorce, separation, children issues, asset division, maintenance and settlements.

Shirley has worked with a wide range of clients, ranging from professionals to entrepreneurs, and has been involved in cases with cross-jurisdictional issues.

Shirley obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Warwick in United Kingdom. She completed a Master of Law (LLM) from the University of Hong Kong and her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the City University of Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
