Shirley Chan – Matrimonial Law

Shirley’s practice spans all aspects of matrimonial law, including separation, nuptial agreements, childcare arrangements, child relocation, asset division and settlement, which involve multi-jurisdictional assets, hedge funds, trusts and corporate structures.  She has been named by the Doyle’s Guide as a ‘Family Law Rising Star’ for 5 consecutive years since 2022, representing sustained excellence and rapid professional growth. Shirley is distinguished for her solution-based advice and navigating complex disputes with poise and tenacity.

Jacky Tsai – Commercial Litigation

Jacky has been closely involved in handling complex commercial litigation and is rapidly developing a strong speciality in this field. He brings extensive experience to a wide range of other contentious matters, including contractual and shareholders’ disputes, tort and negligence claims, fraud and asset recovery, and arbitrations.
