Timothy Wan specialises in Criminal Defence with a focus on commercial and regulatory investigations involving the ICAC, SFC and other agencies. He represents listed companies and international clients in white-collar crime, money laundering, bribery and fraud cases across all levels of the Hong Kong courts. This marks his first recognition in Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific’s “Top 40 under 40” category – where he is one of only four ranked Hong Kong lawyers, building on prior accolades including Asian Legal Business’ Hong Kong Rising Star, 40 under 40 (2023) and recommendations in the Doyle’s Guide (Leading Lawyer, 2026) and the Lexology Index (Recommended Lawyer, 2026), Legal 500 and Benchmark Litigation White Collar Crime Future Star.
